Teams that are dysfunctional cannot win. They cannot overcome their dysfunction.

They get in the way of themselves. Egos, they can’t win.

They can’t work together to achieve a goal.

They compete with each other, and not in the way that makes each other better.

The way that makes people worse, drags them down, kills their morale.

It doesn’t work, it can’t work.

So when it starts to fall down, it’s one domino after another.

And by the time anyone realizes what happened.

The whole house has already fallen down.
